  • HUD Community Connections - The Information Center of HUD's Office of Community Planning and Development. ComCon serves State and local agencies, nonprofit organizations, and public interest groups.
  • HUD Office of Community Planning and Development - HUD CPD administers the grant programs that help communities plan and finance their growth and development, increase their capacity to govern, and provide shelter and services for homeless people.
  • HUD User - HUD USER is the primary source for Federal Government reports and information on housing policy and programs, building technology, economic development, urban planning, and other housing-related topics. HUD USER also creates and distributes a wide variety of useful information products and services
  • HUD's US State and Local Gateway - "This web site was developed to give state and local government officials and employees easy access to federal information."
  • HUDCLIPS - HUD's Client Information and Policy System. Offers access to HUD's official repository of policies, procedures, announcements, and other materials.
  • U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics - The Bureau of Labor Statistics is the principal fact-finding agency for the Federal Government in the broad field of labor economics and statistics.
  • U.S. Census Bureau - Census data may be accessed and searched for using the Census Bureau's "American Fact Finder".

  • New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority - NHHFA is a non-profit public benefit corporation established by the state legislature. The Authority operates a broad range of programs designed to assist low and moderate income persons and families obtain decent, safe and affordable housing.
  • Helpline - The NH Help Line database contains over 6,000 resource entries allowing the user the ability to use "keywords" to search for information and resources available within the state, or a particular county or town.
  • New Hampshire Association of Realtors - the Association provides a facility for education, research and information exchange among its members and to the public and government to preserve the free enterprise system and the right of free people to own real property in the interest of the public welfare.

  • Dismal Scientist - Web based compilation of various economic data sets, with data by state.

  • American Friends Service Committee - The American Friends Service Committee is a Quaker organization which includes people of various faiths who are committed to social justice, peace and humanitarian service. Its work is based on the belief in the worth of every person, and faith in the power of love to overcome violence and injustice.
  • Center on Budget and Policy Priorities - A nonpartisan research organization and policy institute that conducts research and analysis on a range of government policies and programs, with an emphasis on those affecting low- and moderate-income people.
  • Citizen's Housing and Planning Association - Citizens' Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) is the non-profit umbrella organization for affordable housing and community development activities throughout Massachusetts.
  • Community Development Housing Foundation - CDHFis a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation dedicated in empowering communities for a brighter tomorrow by assisting low to affordable home buyers, builders, lenders, with programs and assistance to address the critical needs of affordable housing and its vast issues nationwide.

Their programs and assistance address the critical need for affordable housing nationwide.
  • Economic Policy Institute - The Economic Policy Institute is a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank that seeks to broaden the public debate about strategies to achieve a prosperous and fair economy.
  • Enterprise Foundation - The Enterprise Foundation is dedicated to bringing lasting improvements to distressed communities. Enterprise is a national, nonprofit housing and community development organization.
  • LISC: The Home Page - LISC provides grants, loans and equity investments to CDCs for neighborhood redevelopment.
  • National Association of Housing Cooperatives - The National Association of Housing Cooperatives is a nonprofit national federation of housing cooperatives, mutual housing associations, other resident-owned or controlled housing, professionals, organizations, and individuals interested in promoting the interests of cooperative housing communities.
  • National Coalition for the Homeless - A national advocacy network of homeless persons, activists, service providers, and others committed to ending homelessness through public education, policy advocacy, grassroots organizing, and technical assistance.
  • National Fair Housing - A resource designed to serve both the fair housing advocacy community and the general public with timely news and information regarding the issues of housing discrimination.
